the people on the frontlines are great
leadership needs to get some education and value those who have it and stop sitting on their behinds behind their desks and learn to support the teams actually doing the work
the leadership is all home-grown with community college degrees who have just been there so long they've been promoted to high positions and they don't value new people with more education and ideas
they ask you to have a Can-do attitude on the front lines and work unpaid overtime hours but they rarely if ever show a can-do attitude themselves. they just pontificate from on high
