inconsistent policies in corporate regarding remote, work from home and hybrid. napitism seems to be the only thing that decides this. --- uneven distribution of work, some employees very overworked with unrealistic deadlines while others free.

the people although in my current position, i do not have any professional interactions

the rate of pay in my field is much higher than what VITAS is willing to pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nice people but unrealistic deadlines and do not seem to focus on making expectations realistic to allow subdominants time to work.
