Overall a good experience due to good staff, however likely will move on as soon as a better opportunity arrives, management is slow and out of touch on regional and national level while day to day operations suffer

They move at a snails pace to get people hired and consistently lose out on talent due to management ineptitude
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission structure is weak and based around a market completely different from other areas of the country. Leadership indicates it is perpetually out of touch with realities and disparities of various markets
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Less pointless busy work, better streamlining of meetings and more focus on ease of operations to be able to grow business is needed. Leadership is far more focused on new programs and incoherent training with large amounts of time wasted on pointless prework that no one reads
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They assign crazy amounts of busy work that benefits no one and expect you to jump through these hoops while still executing at an extremely high level while not staffing appropriately. This company is very top-heavy, not enough field staff to back up what they expect from a sales perspective
