Positive Reviews From VitusVet Employees

  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Workers seem to care about the company's success
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    Pet Insurance and Fitness Stipend
  • What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewed with Sales Manager, CEO and HR/Finance Director

Constructive Feedback From VitusVet Employees

  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Company doesn't hire qualified individuals and senior positions are given to those who negotiate higher pay. Titles are not based on experience.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is non existent. Lots of middle managers who collect a check along with their heavily discounted company vehicle and don't actually affect any change.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid well below market value and company policy does not allow for raises to be given in a particular band. Raises only come with a promotion and max out at 15% of your base pay. If you start in the bottom band, you'll only have two bands above you before you hit a dead end.
