Helping others and getting positive feedback from my customers.

Open, friendly, accessible. Could be more responsive to issues and challenges.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Again, a supportive and responsive work group. I trust my manager and my team.

My team is extremely inteligent and uniformly willing to help in any way that they can.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They provide a clear and concise expectations, as well as highlight how our efforts support the larger company goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is truly a culture of kindness. Again, everyone is always willing to help and makes time to answer any questions i have.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Too soon to tell, although I expect commissions related to renewals and generated leads will be a much appreciated part of my compensation package.

What makes you most happy at work?

Winning for my customers. Customers that are happy with my level of service, see the value in the products, and are well attended to by our various support groups makes me happy. Unfortunately, support and product performance does not always meet customer expectations.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My Team is a great balance of intelligence and personality! They are always willing to help, and most often exceed mine and my customer's expectations. The CS group is easily the most talented and dedicated group of people that I have ever worked with.
