I really enjoy working here, but I don't know that there are any career opportunities for me. I'd love to stay here long term, but I'm not sure what this next year will look like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how transparent and approachable they are. I respect our executive team as leaders.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happiest when I feel like I'm doing meaningful work that benefits our business and my customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to name only 1 thing. I'd probably say the work/life balance. I am able to get my work done, and still be an active parent/wife without feeling guilty. That's something that means a lot to me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think CS is asked to manage a lot and also sell a lot. I think the percentage on contract renewals and any cross-sell/up-sells should be higher. The CS team manages the entire customer relationship, but the sales and IDN teams benefit the most from it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can call on each other when we need help understanding something. We all experience different things with our customers, so it's refreshing to have someone to bounce things off of. I have also gotten really close to some of my colleagues. I think most of the people at Viz are really special.
