What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and down to earth. They don't sit in some ivory tower lording over people. Instead they join us, mingle, talk, and work with us directly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is lower than the average for my position. I am often overloaded with responsibilities and yet never feel like this is reflected in my pay or compensation package. The system for raises and promotions is severely lacking. I have seen both sides of it and there is no good process in place.
