Feel the company should be the first to approach employees about pay increases. Not he other way around.
1. Trust your people. 2. Remote/Hybrid is thr new norm. There is no going back. If you force 5 days a week in office, be prepared to lose a lot of employees or to foster resentment amongst your team.
20-30% underpaid for the role, lack matching 401k and no annual bonus
My pay is lower than the average for my position. I am often overloaded with responsibilities and yet never feel like this is reflected in my pay or compensation package. The system for raises and promotions is severely lacking. I have seen both sides of it and there is no good process in place.
The technology department has huge issues not investing in growing their people and teaching leads how to manage a team
