It was an amazing experience, and I love Volvo!!!

This experience was so amazing. I am very happy that I was able to be a part of the internship program over the past nine weeks. I learned so much and met amazing people. This summer at Volvo has been unforgettable.

Volvo has a great culture, but sometimes the VCC objectives cannot align with other markets in the globe. They need to be reasonable on expectations and have a clear understanding of each market. It's not one size fits all. There is too much "theory" that wastes time and cannot be implemented.

There has been some significant transition lately. Looking forward to things calming down and finding its equilibrium as we move forward. Hoping to look back in a month or two, only to realize that this transition was for the best.

I feel valued and appreciated. Volvo is a company that cares about it's people, it's customers and our retail partners. I believe that everyone wants to make things better for all, but we have a way to go to be a truly premium brand. Quality must improve and our Volvo promise must be consistent.

Their teamwork is inspiring, and they have confidence in themselves to tackle any obstacle.

Always willing to help and give direction.

Bonus structure is good and benefits are not too expensive

I think the bonus structure being updated for next year might actually negatively impact us, as we are a very strong contributor to the overall company's profitability. I am not sure why local bonus went away. With inflation being 10%+, a 5% raise is not enough to maintain essential living expenses.

That I was offered a fair salary for the work that I accomplish.

I do not know I am paid comparable to my peers. No information / range is provided to gauge it. I would like the ability to select more comprehensive dental coverage. I would like a yearly $ reimbursement for gym / health membership of your choice (providing proof of payment of course).

Fair compensation across the organization. People who joined the company earlier started at a lower compensation than those who joined more recently. And option for better dental insurance.

I believe with the recent increase in inflation and normal things like rent and groceries, there should not be a maximum increase of 5%, because "it's policy." The organization should increase at a competitive rate, along with the rest of the industry. Healthcare Benefits can also be much better.

My team was amazing. Everyone was supportive and motivated everyone to work hard.

The collaboration and "get it done" attitude that the majority of the people I interact with have.

We all genuinely like each other and take care of each other. We celebrate each other successes and support each other when needed.

Everyone is very friendly and willing to chat whenever.
