Happy with how the company has played a part in my career development. The relationships I have built are genuine and supportive, and I credit that to the company and culture.

The people at Volvo cars Americas make everything worth it. Most are truly kind and caring people who are also fantastic at their job! Its learning from the best, being pushed to new limits but in an exciting positive way.

The bonus program is very beneficial.

The best part of the compensation package is the new personal performance portion that they added. Giving us to power to have more control of our bonus is great. The only thing I would say is that the goals need to be more clearly defined when it comes to the rating scale. Could upset employees.

Overall, the general feeling is that most business units throughout the company are stretched incredibly thin resulting in a mostly reactive rather than proactive response to problem solving.

Lack of resources to properly execute on responsibilities. All teams within the company seem to operating with seemingly little to no margin in-regards to human capital to severely limit the ability to absorb and deal with new issues or areas of focus without previous tasks or issues falling off.
