They seem to be aligned with one another.
They seem to be quite approachable.
All great individuals that want to get things done and lookout for their people
Their commitment to the company goals and the transparence they provide the emp
Very transparent and supportive; want me to succeed and try to include me in as many things as they can
Be visible, communicative, and receptive. The leadership team in the sales organization has a toxic culture feel. There appears to be a drive to deliver but, the strategy and flexibility/open-mindedness are supremely lacking. I used to respect these leaders but, that has mostly dissipated.
When your CEO is only here 3 days a month, your executive management team has NO visibility and your PX team is clearly only there to protect the company and does nothing to protect employees who come forward maybe they should start there and look w/in. Show up and actually care!
Our leaders do not respect employees or recognize their talent. They only care about their "club"
Communication, visibilty, better balance between short term (operational focus) and mid term (strategic focus) and clear plan to get all levels to understand the strategy and let all levels build their plan to deliver the strategy, it's to fragmented and focus isn't aligned between department.
lack clear direction and strategy. Transparenency is lacking -no
I believe I am paid fairly for the amount of work that I do and the experience that I am gaining.

The vehicle benefits extended to my family.
From a PX perspective, I feel the company's priorities seem to be misaligned with where the company's productivity and earnings are delivered. Our sales organization, from multiple areas, is under-compensated or undervalued in many of the arms of the company that drive the brand forward.
Ideas/executions are slow to be implmented or even recoginzed.
rewarded for performance and reaching goals. Ranking should be on performance not who is liked more .
Annual merits that are fair
Better pay for amount of work done
My team is lively and fun.
We have a great director, she leads by example and has her team's backs. It has created a workspace, where our team enjoy one another and love working hard together. We have the freedom to be loud with laughter, & the freedom to accomplish our work goals from our most productive space.
My team works great together, and we are all there to help each other. My director is probably one of the best that I've had in the years since I've been with the company. She listens to you and grows you individually and really cares. It's too bad this company is a "boys club"
The team works well together and genuinely cares about the success of the company
Curiosity and eager to learn, team work
Need. To understand their role and how affects others. How they affect revenue and customer satisfaction
People want to sell more and more and more each time.
The recent culture's positives have dwindled to a few but, there are some areas we still have positive energy and opportunity to grow. I enjoy the planning and detail we see during a Volvo event. It has the right feel and vibe that matches the company's direction.
Team, people, mid level mgr.
focus on safety /sustainability. The guard is changing / moving on. Need more leaders to make the transition smooth . One direction is needed - decompartmentize is needed
Work/life balance is encouraged Collaboration is also promoted.

We have too many "senior managers" that are in title only. We have many in these titles that add little value to our brand or productivity towards growing and evolving in the industry. And then we have a leadership team with too many managers. We do not accomplish much ego and back-and-forth to move
Executive management should be held accountable for their toxic behavior.
A lot of talk and no action. We say were going to do things but nothing happens. Its hard to keep a team motivated when the company and our managers treat us like the red headed step child
