Mr. Carlo Bertucci has been Senior Vice President and Chief Tax Officer at Voya Financial, Inc. since September 18, 2017. Mr. Bertucci has more than 20 years of tax experience across the financial services industry. He joined Voya from State Street Corporation, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of International Tax and Transfer Pricing since 2008. Prior to joining State Street, he was a Partner at PwC, where he advised financial services businesses on the tax consequences of various international transactions. He began his career at Price Waterhouse in 1995. Mr. Bertucci attended the University of Toronto for his undergraduate studies and earned his Law Degree from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School.
