What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly listen to ideas and needs of their employees.
They are exemplary corporate citizens

Our leadership team is very open and communicates goals and strategy as well as outcome with the organization.

The stock equity plan helps
I am paid fairly for the work I do. It is directly related to the effort I put in.
All of it is excellent

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Customer services representative have to handle the insults and the bullying of customer while getting pay less then what we deserve

Highly experienced and client focused

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are inclusive. We have several different cultures all working under one name. I appreciate how much we work to include all ideas.
Very collaborative culture, and decision making is very democratic
I love how the company has embraced DEI.

The interviews were conducted within expectations set.
They were very interested in my ideas.
It was straight forward and transparent
