Mr. Miles R. Edwards has been Senior Vice President and Lead Operations for Retirement Business at Voya Financial, Inc. since August 18, 2016. Mr. Edwards is responsible for all operations functions that support Voya's Corporate and Tax-Exempt Markets retirement plan segments, as well as its retail phone-based Investor Channel and the Voya Financial Advisors broker-dealer operations. During his 20 years with Empower, he oversaw participant call center activities, plan sponsor account managers, transaction processing, plan implementation, plan compliance, financial control and institutional relationship management. He served as Senior Vice President of FASCore Operations at Great-West Retirement Services, Inc. and Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Co. He was responsible for all of FASCore's administration and operations functions provided to institutional customers. Mr. Edwards also oversaw Great-West Retirement Services' operations in Milwaukee & Regina, Canada and its defined benefit operations in Boston. Prior to joining FASCore, Mr. Edwards served as Senior Manager of Deloitte & Touche for 12 years. He holds a bachelor's degree from Bates College and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
