Paul Gennaro Jr. — Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Voya Financial

Mr. Paul J. Gennaro Jr. has been the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Voya Financial, Inc. since January 2015. Mr. Gennaro oversees all internal and external communications for Voya Financial, serving as a strategic advisor to senior management, setting the overall communications strategy. He served as the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at AECOM Technology Corporation. He was a Member of AECOM's Executive Board. He served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of AECOM Technology Corporation where he led all aspects of AECOM's global corporate communications efforts, including: investor relations, corporate brand and reputation management, public and media relations, internal communications, crisis and issues management, philanthropy and community relations, and government relations. Mr. Gennaro joined AECOM in March 2006, has 20 years of experience managing corporate communications and public relations. He managed all global corporate and marketing communications for Johns Manville, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. Mr. Gennaro held communications leadership roles for brands such as Ingersoll-Rand Company, Ltd., Dell Computer Corp., and American Express Company. He began his career as a Print/Broadcast Journalist and Public Affairs Officer for the U.S. Navy. Mr. Gennaro is a Member of the Arthur W. Page Society, a select professional association composed primarily of Chief Communications Officers representing the world's largest companies and CEOs of the world's largest public relations agencies. He is a Member of the Council of Communications Management, the National Investor Relations Institute, the International Association of Business Communicators and the Public Relations Society of America. Mr. Gennaro holds Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
