Mr. Rob Grubka has been President of Employee Benefits at Voya Financial, Inc. since November 1, 2016. Mr. Grubka has served as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for Retirement and Annuities since joining Voya in 2015. Prior to that, he was with Lincoln Financial for 14 years, where he held several key leadership roles. He served as President of Group Protection - Insurance and Retirement Solutions at Lincoln National Corp. since May 2011. Mr. Grubka served as Head of Product - Retirement Solutions at Lincoln National Corp. Mr. Grubka received a bachelor's degree in actuarial science from Ohio State University. He also holds FINRA Series 6 and 26 licenses and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
