Mr. William S. Harmon, also known as Bill, has been President of Retirement Corporate 401(K) at Voya Financial, Inc. since June 30, 2017 and oversees all aspects of the Corporate 401(k) market, including sales, relationship management, strategy and profitable growth for all segments of the market. Mr. Harmon served as Senior Vice President of Core Markets at Empower Retirement, where was responsible for the segment's overall success. During his 29-year tenure at Empower, he contributed to significant growth in plan sales, assets and earnings. He served as Head of Core Market at Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Co since 2013. Mr. Harmon served as Senior Vice President of Corporate 401(K) Standard Markets at Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Co. and Great-West Retirement Services, Inc. He joined Great-West in June 1988 and in those 20+ years has been in field sales, field sales management and in 401(k) sales management since 2002. He serves on the Board of directors for Adam's Camp, He is also very involved in the Mile High Down Syndrome Association, Special Olympics and Junior Achievement. He also holds Series 6, 26 and 63 securities registrations. Mr. Harmon received bachelor's of business administration degree/ bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
