Like another reviewer's comments, huge waste of talent, mind numbing work. These guys are a bunch of ambulance chasers that go after projects they're not totally qualified for. In the rare chance that they win work, the projects end up running hot because it wasn't scoped correctly.

Understanding the market and what they're good at. They don't even have set of core services that they can publish on their site. Leadership should focus on what they offer the market and not try to be everything to everyone.
