What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the market and what they're good at. They don't even have set of core services that they can publish on their site. Leadership should focus on what they offer the market and not try to be everything to everyone.
Promoting within while giving proper raises, not just a title boost.
Being human and not treating the staff like line items.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mismanaged, ignored and overlooked most of the time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are friendly, talented and hard working
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Having meetings with more purpose and less process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not very much if I'm honest, the admin staff are super nice and try to be fun. Outside that those who work on client facing work have about as much interest in culture as any of us have in staring at a blank wall.

Get better work and clients

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I need to leave, I am not challenged, I do not see a path forward, they keep laying people off with zero warning.
