I have zero initiative toward being proactive and identifying/problem-solving issues. I personally never receive the accolades I feel that I deserve. I honestly feel that I have no future with this company. No chance for upward movement.

The moral is low due the the recent changes and people need to help each other and not cause friction.

I think this company is investing in the future in the wrong way. take the time to test products and view each deaprtment personally instalead of listening to management saying everything is fine.
