I think our leadership team needs to quit making promises and standing up to and quit pointing fingers just to get us off their back, and also give us a good resources like tools that we need. Specially, our boss has a big problem on taht and giving us caps and sherrs when need.

Not to make fake promises to their employees just to get them to work harder and do more duties but still your pay will stay the same and then just blame other managers above them to get the employees off their back.

I have zero initiative toward being proactive and identifying/problem-solving issues. I personally never receive the accolades I feel that I deserve. I honestly feel that I have no future with this company. No chance for upward movement.
