I appreciate the work culture and how the management is flexible. Simply outstanding during COVID, and made me feel secure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here are very diverse. Basically people are from every where, not the typical boys club situation you can see in tech/engineering companies
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility for sure. Food served regularly and everyone is close knit. If you know Sath he is definitely a character and about business. A funny CEO that cares about employees and customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview for my job required 2 steps. First was via zoom and then an in person interview followed. I was neevous, but obviously did great! Tip: just be yourself and come prepared with a few questions to ask.
