I have been working for Walker Advertising for coming close to 5 years and I have experienced this company grow and expand throughout the years in all the best ways. It has a great environment to where one feels accounted for and one's hard work is recognized.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some great attributes about the team I am in would be how together we are.
What makes you most happy at work?
I've met pretty amazing people and being able to count on those people, makes it that much better
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Team Lead and Lead are always attentive to our needs and questions. Being a Call Center Representative has its difficulties at times with clients but with their support ; it makes those situations easier and provide great feedback.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple, spoke about myself, asked a few questions in regards of what the work load and translated a paragraph from English to Spanish and as I was leaving the interview and walking to my car, I got a call offering me the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only say I am not 100% happy with the benefits because although I do appreciate the work the company puts in to get us the best and cheapest healthcare, its not always great because as an employee I have to go through the process of getting familiarized with a whole new network, which is more work
