My Team Lead and Lead are always attentive to our needs and questions. Being a Call Center Representative has its difficulties at times with clients but with their support ; it makes those situations easier and provide great feedback.

Whenever I have ideas to present in the hopes of improving things, they are always taken seriously and implemented whenever feasible. I like that I am not micro-managed and I do feel that leadership cares about us and genuinely wants to see us thrive.

The best part of my compensation packet are the paid parental leave and bonus.

I appreciate that I've never received a raise of just a few cents. I think for the most part I've been given appropriate raises and the bonus is really substantial in my opinion.

I only say I am not 100% happy with the benefits because although I do appreciate the work the company puts in to get us the best and cheapest healthcare, its not always great because as an employee I have to go through the process of getting familiarized with a whole new network, which is more work

One of the greatest thing is the support that we bring amongst each other. If anyone in the team needs helps, everyone is always willing to help.

Anytime any of our coworkers has had times of need, everyone comes together to help them. They are great people.

i like that its to the point

I liked that the interview was a good experience, and they were nice.

It was simple, spoke about myself, asked a few questions in regards of what the work load and translated a paragraph from English to Spanish and as I was leaving the interview and walking to my car, I got a call offering me the job.
