If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Walmart?

Have managers implement one best way, some managers think that their way of delegating, and or operating is unethical, and a lot of gossip, between associates, dept. managers, I feel that everyone should practice respectful integrity as well as respect for the individual. In addition some asm's like to use their badge as a reason to not perform a task or constantly use their current position as a form of power. I would like for all forms of management who go through these issues to have courageous conversations with the respected individual, so as to improve the quality of work and performance, as well as providing the customers with the best experience possible. Remember the customer is our BOSS!!
