first of all they took myshare bonus away from associates who truly deserve it, Secondly, only the team leads and the coaches receive evaluations and get bonuses. I work harder and put more into my job than my team lead but i dont get any appreciation for it. At our store 686 they put in the team leads head that they dont have to work and just to delegate and nowhere in the job description does it say they dont have to work freight or none of that. they get paid to do nothing while the rest of us are working double the effort. After 2 years of this new teaming schedule and team lead and new system shit i recieved a 25 cent raise but there was no eval and then i found out they are only evaluating coaches and teams leads. the new system is shit and the people that need to benefit from it dont. they want reward and praise those who do less work, and use the rest of us as bodies to just do the job

Yearly in conjunction with your performance review. It's usually about 25¢. Which sucks out loud. The way to make money at Walmart is to get promoted, and then step down, and then get promoted, and then step down, and then get promoted. Each time you are demoted the most they will take away is 10%. But your base rate drops to the new position. So at the next promotion whatever the difference in the base rate is what you get added. And then if you step down again they only take 10%. Do that process a couple times, and you will be making more than your supervisors.

You get a raise yearly that is up to .25c. I have been working there for a year. I started at $11. I was promised by three managers a promotion to customer service and never got it. Now with the new manager switch, if I got moved to customer service, I wouldn’t even get the .50c raise everyone before me got because apparently cashiers and front end services make the same now. However if you move to another position besides cashier you can get up to 4$ raise since cap 2 and OGP make $15 starting now.

About once a year. Though make sure when a year has gone by ask for your evaluation constantly other wise they push it back as far as they can to delay your raise. And hope that they don’t change minimum wage right after you get one. With my raise I make 75 cent more than minimal wage. It’s going up soon, when that hits I’ll only make 10 cent more than Minimal wage and they won’t raise it to match the wage increase.

I fist started at deli then went from making $11.50 to $11.00 to be a stocker.I left about 4 months ago to try a different position and now Im bearly at $11.50 once again,of course I didn't know that stockers would be at 15.With that being said it's all about favoritism at Walmart.I feel that they truly don't appreciate there employees. We got young 18 year olds starting at $15.00 that should tell you all of how this place works.

been here 9-10 months, work the chilled/frozen/ and ogp on a daily basis. including training other people on occasion. i make 13$ an hour. probably around 650 a check. people get hired to do almost absolutely nothing for around the same to 20$ an hour. like the others have stated. its corrupt. my managers have even agreed.

At neighborhood Wal-Mart store 3135, NEVER! Especially for Fresh department employees. If it's required of us to work in other areas of the store other than what we were hired to do then we should get a good pay increase.

25 cents it's a slap in the face since it will take 4 years to make a dollar raise. Sad indeed walmart. Do better for the people. We can't count on my share bonuses.
