Waste Management Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My tsp cover a lot of things I need

They pay for my college courses

Bonus opportunity is a huge plus

It's all good. If you have to pick out the best part then it's not all good

Employee stock and rates have not increased much for healthcare.

compensation is a large part of the role. For employees - it is great! For leaders, it is too much of the package

Wages and retirement plans are competitive.

No best part it's equal around the board

Review from Customer Support Dept

That i love my job. I get paid to do work I enjoy. Great coworkers.

AIP - Bonus and Benefits

Medical coverage for family and significant other

Its all inclusive and you get to save alot if money hoing back to schook for free

401K, and 20% bonus as a Manager

Review from Operations Dept

health and educational benefits, employee stock options

Good health benefits and vaction

The compensation package is a great asset to my future.

Insurance and vacation time overall it's good

Affordable, employee stock purchase plan

Fair pay, with attainable pay increase goals

The Stock incentive plan has been great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair pay in all departments - titles/rolls comparative, no matter which department or who specific leadership is. And salaries based on roles/titles, duties and not who you happen to report to or which department you are in.

For the work that we do , I feel the pay is less and not in par with the industry

Better insurance at lower out of pocket cost!

Thou the leadership has a good working relationship but I have been under paid because of low income. We need to extend our areas of work to accumulate more income to be paid more

Don’t really have anything to say thank y

Better pay, not making the employees feel like they are rushed, stop worrying about thir bonus money and our saftey like they preach all the time.

Review from Operations Dept

They forget to pay you what they promise to pay you. They know it's hard to track.

My overtime not adding up

Comp is tied to People First. Eveyone receivea the same raise evaluation

When i applied HR told me i would start at 20/hr then my current manager told me i was statting at 18/hr

well has the owner of the business i wish i would have get more technology then getting compensation Govt any others behind me we have other supporting staffs which i would like also to benefit from me

Pay is low. Paying everyone on their results not ranges of where you live.

No recognition to good drivers by management. Working conditions, better pay and better benefits

had to fight to earn your commissions, they would frequently put up barriers to your full earnings

Pay package that is commensurable with the economy realities.

Review from Operations Dept

I am still fighting for insurance. They canceled my insurance on August 31 st . Daughter passed on 08/21. But when I received STD in January they took all the money to cover 8/31 until Dec 2020. I canceled coverage in January and I still have not received money they took when I had canceled ins.

1st and foremost treat us like humans with families not like your dog in the backyard pay us what we are worth not what you can afford to keep bonuses high give us our scheduled days off make our voices heard

Better benefits, pay and pto

We work everyday and not once during this pandemic did I ever feel like a valuable member of the team.

Review from Operations Dept

company values how long you have been there not what you accomplish... promotions are non-existent
