Communicating, Management needs to be taught what is expected out of a manager in their position. There is too many people in positions that when faced with an issue they are unaware that they are in fact responsible for fixing it.
Friendliness, approachable, not contradicting and bring positivity to the table.
Work on the side of the employee
The leadership team should go away.
Increase the pay, if you can give executives and management teams monthly, quarterly and yearly bonuses for shuffling paperwork, then the Frontline employees should either receive the same

Fair pay in all departments - titles/rolls comparative, no matter which department or who specific leadership is. And salaries based on roles/titles, duties and not who you happen to report to or which department you are in.
For the work that we do , I feel the pay is less and not in par with the industry
Better insurance at lower out of pocket cost!
Thou the leadership has a good working relationship but I have been under paid because of low income. We need to extend our areas of work to accumulate more income to be paid more
being more professional and understanding how to drive competition without eroding culture
They need to care about WM and not just their pay check. They are spoiled and have sense of entitlement!
On sticking together especially when we all need more extensive training
need more transparency in the network
Better attitude, communication, training, hours are unnecessarily long
Quit micro managing, and being so closed minded just because you have a title

hire actual experienced drivers for managers not someone who is learning on the job and gets eaten alive.
Compassion, carring, kindness, positivity and respect. Training that is consistent across the board.
Better management all the way around
Clean house where is needed.
Less automation in the intervoew process.
Stop making people jump through hoops
get someone who knows what the position is about to interview you
Look at results, experiences and success of employees instead of titles, statuses and degrees. It's trash collection not rocket science.
Quit lying to everyone lots of empty promises were made
We get paid too little and we work too many hours.
Got fired for no reason
Communication training accountability attitude empathy
Poor mid management from first level managers to area vp
Listen to people and ask them
