If you have any problem, you address it to your DM and he will revisit the problem
My leader is very respectful and he is good to everybody
Review from Operations Dept
The core group and we have a open door policy
They are friendly and helpful
Quit micro managing, realize that your front line employees are the ones who generate the revenue, and yet management are the ones compensated not the front line employees

Communicating, Management needs to be taught what is expected out of a manager in their position. There is too many people in positions that when faced with an issue they are unaware that they are in fact responsible for fixing it.
Friendliness, approachable, not contradicting and bring positivity to the table.
Work on the side of the employee
The leadership team should go away.

My tsp cover a lot of things I need
They pay for my college courses
Bonus opportunity is a huge plus
Increase the pay, if you can give executives and management teams monthly, quarterly and yearly bonuses for shuffling paperwork, then the Frontline employees should either receive the same

Fair pay in all departments - titles/rolls comparative, no matter which department or who specific leadership is. And salaries based on roles/titles, duties and not who you happen to report to or which department you are in.
For the work that we do , I feel the pay is less and not in par with the industry
Better insurance at lower out of pocket cost!
Thou the leadership has a good working relationship but I have been under paid because of low income. We need to extend our areas of work to accumulate more income to be paid more

We always work together we always are communicating

The Early morning meetings very day and on conference calls with Washington DC we solve important problems
Everyone has the intent to win together and help each other.
being more professional and understanding how to drive competition without eroding culture
They need to care about WM and not just their pay check. They are spoiled and have sense of entitlement!
On sticking together especially when we all need more extensive training
need more transparency in the network
Better attitude, communication, training, hours are unnecessarily long
Our culture is very polite and respectful with each other we all get along
Review from Operations Dept

It teach me a whole lot about the rules and regulation of the process of the company
They were communicative and they told me everything about the company
Review from Operations Dept
It was a fast process.
talking to an actual person besides india gaslighting us with incorrect time frame messages or requesting the same info daily.
Less automation in the intervoew process.
Stop making people jump through hoops
get someone who knows what the position is about to interview you
Look at results, experiences and success of employees instead of titles, statuses and degrees. It's trash collection not rocket science.
Quit lying to everyone lots of empty promises were made
Payday and clocking out, my fellow drivers

the opportunity to create something new and add value.
being able to leave once the daily objective is met
Getting good feedback from employees, feeling I have done a good job.
Getting to do my job, helping to train other mechanics and teach them about how great a company WM is. Seeing other mechanics develop a plan for the future. Getting to fix trucks and make sure that we can service our customers safely every day.
We get paid too little and we work too many hours.
Got fired for no reason
Communication training accountability attitude empathy
Poor mid management from first level managers to area vp
Listen to people and ask them
