What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some will take feedback from all levels, and that is appreciated. Mainly the leadership team who was with the company years ago and embrace Employee Ownership culture are the ones who drive the right behaviors.
Nothing. The management has been a mess for quite some time because of the CEO, who he hires, and the decisions he makes.
They seem to listen, say they will take on your cause.

Employee ownership culture means doing the right thing for each other and the company, and there are enough people that believe in that.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that there were 3 different groups that interviewed me, from all levels of the plant.
Interviewed by several team member but one at a time so it was not too overwhelming.
They listened and seemed to take an interest in what I had done in the past.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my fellow Employee Owners.
My core team is great to work with.
When I feel a sense of accomplishment, that makes me happy.

I like that people can move up in the company.
