Our PTO is pretty good and my manager is understanding when I have a school event for my daughter. It's pretty flexible.
The compensation package rates equal to or higher than similar jobs in OKC area. There are many internal promotions, which is nice. They pay for our gym membership, tuition reimbursement, 401K, offer free lattes and fresh fruit and volunteer opportunities.

As a contractor, there are no benefits which is normal. The pay per job could definitely be better.

I don't receive any other compensation other than the amount agreed upon for each job.
A mileage calculation needs to be used. A year ago it was worth it to drive directly to a gig. With today's rates I only take a gig if I am going that way anyway. I spend way too much time tracking down bad documents that they send quite often.
Crawford took away many benifits, like gym memberships and fresh fruit. Made us switch to their health plan, which costs much more and is high deductible. None of my medications are covered anymore and I can't afford to reach my deductible.
