getting properly paid, with a gracious attitude that is not petty and trite.

The about to work when I would like to take a job. I wish I could get more jobs to do.
I like working with my team. Everyone is pretty great and I'm able to work at my own pace but be part of a larger group.
I love the fast pace and each day not being the same. It never gets boring!
I don't feel micromanaged - I feel empowered
Family is always first at WeagoLook. There is a lot of flexibility.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The same issues keep happening over and over. The pay keeps going down
Nothing changes, the executive and sales teams are completely out of touch with what we actually do on a daily basis. There's almost zero communication and ideas proposed to improve the company go ignored.
