It is positive and I get tired of hearing some negative people complain. I'm just glad there aren't many left.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team truly empowers the managers and staff here and they work hard to communicate and keep culture relevant.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our PTO is pretty good and my manager is understanding when I have a school event for my daughter. It's pretty flexible.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was actually a little unorganized and a bit frustrating but the hr lady that did it is no longer with the company
What makes you most happy at work?
I like working with my team. Everyone is pretty great and I'm able to work at my own pace but be part of a larger group.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team rocks! Everyone works together to take care of the customer. It's a grind but every day is different and I like that about my job.
