Came to WeGoLook to offer my efforts to improve and grow the company, but Crawford stepped in and took everything over. Their lack of flexibility and outdated mindset on technology are extremely frustrating when our competition is improving their offerings constantly.

Friendly interviewers and made me feel comfortable. Actually cared about my skill and experience to put me in the right position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone that came to WeGoLook didn't so because we believed in the company and the product offered. Everyone wants to see the company be successful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realizing how far behind we are in tech. Systems are broken and inefficient. Our competitors actively taking business due to our lack of capability and flexibility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with is dedicated and truly want to help our clients and contractors. We all do our best, even with the lack of investment into our technology.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing changes, the executive and sales teams are completely out of touch with what we actually do on a daily basis. There's almost zero communication and ideas proposed to improve the company go ignored.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Crawford took away many benifits, like gym memberships and fresh fruit. Made us switch to their health plan, which costs much more and is high deductible. None of my medications are covered anymore and I can't afford to reach my deductible.
