Better pay for workers now
Realizing how far behind we are in tech. Systems are broken and inefficient. Our competitors actively taking business due to our lack of capability and flexibility.
More money is a huge must
As a contractor, there are no benefits which is normal. The pay per job could definitely be better.

We don't have any meeting
Respond much quicker. WGL sends texts but it can take HOURS to get a reply when things go bad, like when WGL provides the wrong documents. I have sent emails to mid level people about issues and have never gotten a reply.
They need better customer service and they need to pay their contractors for mileage, with higher fees.

Nothing changes, the executive and sales teams are completely out of touch with what we actually do on a daily basis. There's almost zero communication and ideas proposed to improve the company go ignored.
