Mr. Robert Cline serves as Vice President of Talent Development & Associate Relations at Weis Markets, Inc. Mr. Cline served as Director of Training & Organizational Development at Weis Markets, Inc. from joining in 2011 till June, 2016. In this newly created position, Mr. Cline is responsible for training and development, succession planning, performance management, career planning and other management initiatives designed to improve its performance. Prior to joining Weis, he was a senior human resources executive at Staples. He worked at CVS Pharmacy where he held various positions including area human resources director and as director of employee/labor relations. Mr. Cline completed BA in Economics from Lafayette College and MBA in Management Concentration from Bryant University.
