I think it most likely be Insurance

I don't get a compensation package. I make minimum wage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I could be paid more.
I used to make 2 dollars above minimum wage. Now, i am only making minimum wage. I have student loans and debt to pay off and medical bills but I turn 26 next month and i need full time benefits. I am late yes but its because im tired of being undervalued here at weis. I was on time for first 7 yrs

I would have felt netter if a manager receives a compliment about your department and passes it on to you. A manager should also try and promote better work environments.

Underpaid for the amount of people in corprate who get paid 3x what we get paid when were the ones stocking the shelves and running the registers

By communicating and understanding each other. Acting emotionless and cold to your employees is no way to manage them.
Nobody works together and everybody's on a different page so the store is a s*** show

Not sure i can say thete is a positive environment.

Nothing can be done this place is rotten to the core
Stop making the interview process a game where people have to do a store scavenger hunt. It's a ridiculous waste of time and makes the job seem like it's going to be a fun game when it isn't. They talk down to new hires instead of at them and explaining things to new hires properly.

The peoples that came on the store .

Customers complain about employees standing around in groups socializing instead of helping customers
I don't know if it can be improved because it needs to start at the top (Corporate) They have to stop playing the shell game with there store managers. Its unstable employment do to the turn over rate.

Store needs to be cleaner, we need phones that work in each department. Price signage is almost non-existent.
