almost all of them are exceptionally friendly and helpful

We all stick together and help each other

Were all very close and almost like family we work well together and there are almost never arguments about who does what and their is generally a very positive attitude

There is no teamwork. Most employees in the warehouse do not follow guidelines.

Some of my co workers were great people and were great to work with. We worked as a team and got the job done. We had fun while working when possible
We all know what's expected of us and what we need to do to keep things running so we can go home at the end of the day. When everyone is on the same page, we can get along like best friends.
Most employees are good people and willing to help one another. But working there any length or time grinds that spirit out of most of them of forces them to leave

Be more socialable and more engaged
I think that my co workers are okay. Just to much unnecessary drama and talking behind people

By communicating and understanding each other. Acting emotionless and cold to your employees is no way to manage them.
Nobody works together and everybody's on a different page so the store is a s*** show
It's not a great company to work for at all. Management is all over the place, while workers are unfriendly and unhelpful with each other. It's comparable to high school with the unnecessary drama. Wouldn't recommend anyone work for Weis unless they wanted to damage their mental and physical health.

Most of the coworkers are pretty decent and helpful. But it would be nice if underhanded and manipulative bullying, aimed at employees and often coming from managers, was taken seriously and reprimanded. But employee complaints only result in things being twisted and thrown back in their face.
There needs to be more focus on diversity and inclusion during training.

Coworkers are not the problem, management and scheduling is.
Communicate more with each other and not run to management when there’s a minor inconvenien
Their job. They need to perform the requirements of the job assigned so that it doesn't fall on the rest of us to do or be held accountable for not doing their job.
