What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not sure i can say thete is a positive environment.
most employees are friendly and cooperative
They give free water out and sometime some expired food

The people and the environment
Co workers in my department are great
Most customers are pleasant and nice to talk to.
My coworkers are mostly made up of hardworking people who try their best to do a great job with the customers while maintaining positive work relationships. There are also a big percentage of cashiers who do the bare minimum. I think its unfair i am paid the same as them.

I enjoy my co-workers but my manager is very unpleasant at times

There's a few employees that are nice, actual lunch breaks. But the absolute bare necessities for employees shouldn't be what makes a "good" company.
The break room seems to be positive for many employees since they spend so much time in it.
There are occasionally snacks in the break room.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It has to start at the top (Corporate) out of touch with the little people.

The managers are all childish and need to be replaced. The store manager treats women in positions of authority poorly and is not fair to everyone in the store. I have left meetings with this manager on many occasions in tears due to the poor treatment and belittling speech used.
