The salary is fair. As with many companies these days, insurance can be quite expensive for even high deductible plans.
I feel bad since me and my team are performing well on the production floor to assist member as fast as we can and get satisfied customer with every call. We need a good incentives in every CSAT that we are getting for us to boost our self confidence on assisting customer everyday

These companies are always in smaller town for call center work. Why it is the most paying jobs in that town if you move to another town and do the same work you could get paid double while working for another company. There is a handbook for our rules for the company but never followed
