How employees describe working at WellCare

Hardly know where to begin. Better Communications. Use Human decision making (rather than robots with algorithms). Unon-native English speakers in the Philippine. Reduce CEO salary! I was dropped after ten years because $9.90 was overdue, notice never received until too late. I am enraged.

The customer service is terrible, with agents whose English is nearly unintelligible and whose ability to address concerns is negligible as they only read from a script.

quit outsouorcing customer service to foreign countries where the accents are so bad, you cannot understand the phone calls

Behind the 8 ball in most categories. Getting an explanation on satisfying your deductible is next to impossible.

When tech support issues get escalated, someone with knowledge and administrator privileges should contact the customer quickly. My issue is still ongoing after a month.it should be an easy fix.
