The leadership actively discriminated against women, even the women.

Leadership could improve communication and address sensitive issues more clearly. Even when aware of inappropriate behaviors to meet goals, there's often no clear stance, which affects trust, fairness, and creates insecurity within the team
Review from Sales Dept
Listening. There is a lack of listening to employees who are actually doing the work on a day to day basis. Decisions are based solely on what the executive team feels is appropriate.
Review from Operations Dept
Leaders should like to be leaders and to provide guidance. I don´t see that in my "leadership". The team seems like a burden sometimes. Leaders shouldn´t be bosses! At Gympass hiera

1) Health plan has co-participation, medical consultation reimbursement is really low and no option for checkup. The worst dental plan I've ever had. 2) Salary base in Salesforce, Microsoft, Meta and Uber are on average 50% higher. Bonus policy follows as it's also based on the monthly salary.

Poor collaboration for the most part. Complete aversion to risk and fear of accountability leads to glacial-speed decision making. 'Status-quo' mindset with reluctance to try and experiment.
Review from Sales Dept
People need to exercise more to have a holistic view about things, try to give a step away and analyse the situations before taking decisions without measuring the consequences
Review from HR Dept

Avoid launching new products with manual processes. New and unprepared leaders in the position of directors There is still a strong majority of male leaders in the company Micromachismo is strong in the company
Review from Sales Dept
To make the culture even better, I believe we need more transparency in decision-making and clearer recognition of individual impact. When people feel heard, involved, and valued, it naturally strengthens engagement and trust across the company.
Review from Business Development Dept
less non ethical leadership. its a huge amount of unprofesional and anti ethical leaders
Review from Customer Success Dept
Leadership is mainly made by people who are in the company longer. This does not make them good leaders and this is a strong pain point. People should have real (not in speech only) autonomy to carry out projects and do a good job. Leaders should guide, incentive, and organize, not to micro-manage

The level of hypocrisy is sickening
Review from Marketing Dept
Communication is lacking across the leadership team that is mostly based in Brazil and the other global teams. If you want to keep leadership in Brazil than you have to have dedicated people to each region to really learn the culture and process of those areas. You also have to be willing to listen.

You should open more internal opportunity for changing careers

there is nothing that can be improved. goals are overwhelming and nearly impossible to achieve
Review from Customer Success Dept
Again: leadership is a pain point. People seem to be concerned and focusing on pleasing other people who can "keep their jobs" than doing a good job. Some strategic leaders go micro-managing, don´t provide autonomy. Open-minded people, apply the "pretty com
