What is the best part about your compensation package?I was paid pretty well and insurance was fantastic.
What did you like most about the interview process?It wasn't very structured. Easy enough to just talk to people, who seemed nice at the time...
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Delegating responsibility, trusting the team, listening to employee needs, and not being so horrifically toxic.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Fire the executives who have created a toxic culture.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Executive team needs to be more executive and stop participating in office gossip. Managers do not lead by example, they tend to have poor work ethic and their team tends to pick up their slack.
