Fixing the basics. Spending millions on fancy consulting firms is not going to bail you out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hoarding a sea of mediocre workers and shirkers. Very few good people who quickly get overwhelmed with an insane amount of work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is Russian Roulette- if you get a good worker, you have a good experience. Lots of temps these days due to mass resignations across the board. Brings scores down.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to stop tolerating incompetence and mediocrity at the very top to make a difference in the ranks. Stop wasting money on retreats and boondoggles and give nurses the pay they deserve
