Review from Operations Dept
Very collaborative, communicative and friendly
inclusion within the team and sharing
Review from HR Dept
Everything. Communicstion . Talking to employees respectfully, treating employees fair,
Addressing issues with employees and retaliation against employees speaking out due to harassment of management and firing people for speaking up for being bullied in the workplace. HR should not be telling management to fire people due to them not wanting to handle work place harassment.
Better leadership needed. Liars who create false narratives about employees.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Awful Leadership, employees are not treated fairly and definitely not compensated unless you are a nurse
Be more compassionate and know that our priorities are family first. If an employee has a sick child have some empathy!
good, kind, memorable, relatable, impactful
Retirement seems ok, but could be better.
Review from Operations Dept
I suppose its average, but there is certainly no room for growth
we got good bentife and good pay
Medical is the best part of the package
Review from HR Dept
A value analysis of all roles within the organization and a transparent publication or communication of that value analysis.
Not close to a fair workplace.
If we were paid according to market trends and not because of tenure.
Increase in pay rates and compensations for hardwork
Disgustingly low pay for employees unless you are a nurse doing overtime. Allied staff is educated and is not compensated nor treated like professional staff members.
good, kind, memorable, relatable, impactful
Always started on time, everyone had a voice.
Review from Operations Dept

Communication and learning to know the proper policies for their department and how to properly address situations.
Unfair expectations for different employees in the same position
Hostile work environment created by VPs.
They need better management. Period.
Review from HR Dept
Hoarding a sea of mediocre workers and shirkers. Very few good people who quickly get overwhelmed with an insane amount of work.
good, kind, memorable, relatable, impactful
Loved working with my team of nurses.
Review from Operations Dept
the camaraderie and support from the team
Upholding the mission and values in each interaction.
We have different culture and lagauage
Addressing workplace bullying and disabilities discrimination and mental health over all. Addressing issues with coworkers and management with mediation not going straight to firing people when management and HR don't want to do their jobs investigating bullying issues and lying on paperwork.
Replace executive leadership team and Corporate HR VPs immediately.
Accountability for those who are negative
Review from Admin Dept
Fixing the basics. Spending millions on fancy consulting firms is not going to bail you out.
Bettee benefits. Better upper mangement. Give better bonsues to everyone - not jusy upper mangement
Felt comfortable during the interview.
Review from Operations Dept
The opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback
The manager keep it real with us
The person I interviewed with was nice and loved all my prior experience and knew I was a good fit for the job
The transparency and openeness of the recruiter
Don't make promises you can't keep
Reign in hiring leaders from bad behavior. Bring Talent Acquisition back in house.
They hire anyone who walks in
My interview was very disorganized. Everyone came late for my lunch. People looked very stressed out. It was very obvious the interview was not considered important. People were not given proper protected time.
lateral changes (change in shift time w/i the same department) SHOULD YOU REQUIRE YOU TO REAPPLY TO THE JOB. GET WITH THE TIMES
good, kind, memorable, relatable, impactful
Interactions with the team and the community
The opportunity to have a positive impact through executing the mission and values..
I meet diffenrent people everyday and talk to my co work
Being paid fairly for the hard work I do
Review from Operations Dept
Management need to take sensitivity training HR needs to be trained to properly address issues brought up in regards to discrimination against people with disabilities and work place harassment.
Care about employees and patients. Practice the values you constantly reference. Remove bad leaders.
Meaningless meetings and "go-through-the-motions" mentality.
Review from HR Dept
It is Russian Roulette- if you get a good worker, you have a good experience. Lots of temps these days due to mass resignations across the board. Brings scores down.
Cutting corners ans corrupt management
