Addressing workplace bullying and disabilities discrimination and mental health over all. Addressing issues with coworkers and management with mediation not going straight to firing people when management and HR don't want to do their jobs investigating bullying issues and lying on paperwork.

The managers and supervisors need to stop their reign of terror. They frequently fabricate situations and love to stir the pot. Wellstar like to write people up just so they can control everyone. Your employees are loyal, why don't you value them. Promote from within rather than hire from outside.

The culture is too punitive. That should improve. I have seen with my eyes instructions from leadership to managers about meetings - if any negative comments come up - shut them down.
Care about your employees and DEMONSTRATE IT
There is excessive middle management, the organization is excessively too heavy. Stop pointing fingers and try to improve the system instead of scapegoating for everything.
