Experienced leadership on the executive team.

They go out of their way to make positive experiences happen.

Every voice every time means so much!

Review from Operations Dept

Very collaborative, communicative and friendly

inclusion within the team and sharing

Review from HR Dept

How quickly she responds to my issues and concerns

honesty, transparency, kind, understanding, knowledge

My manager is amazing. She pushes you to be the best that you can be. She challenges you to go to beyond your comfort zone as evidence by team members who join several committees that other else would not.

Review from Operations Dept

They accept input without prejudice.

the leadership is astounding, I could not see myself on any other team other than this !

Review from Customer Support Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. Communicstion . Talking to employees respectfully, treating employees fair,

Better leadership needed. Liars who create false narratives about employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Awful Leadership, employees are not treated fairly and definitely not compensated unless you are a nurse

Be more compassionate and know that our priorities are family first. If an employee has a sick child have some empathy!

This company is not good for an employee's mental health.

Entire leadership teams need to be replaced. Leaders are tyrants.

HR and Leadership in general are awful. They handle business as if it has a secret code . When hard questions are asked they respond with statements "We're not at liberty to discuss that". It's all a farce.

Review from HR Dept

Need to stop tolerating incompetence and mediocrity at the very top to make a difference in the ranks. Stop wasting money on retreats and boondoggles and give nurses the pay they deserve

Protecting emplpyees from corruption and bullying

Understand and communicate better with employees .and each other.

Caring about their employees and patients instead of lining their pockets with government incentives

They need to be fired because of unethical business practices

Review from Customer Success Dept

Have more diversity in the C suite. Have 360 feedback from ALL staff

Review from HR Dept

Stop the reverse discrimination. Get some help and actually learn some leadership skills. Listen to feedback from employees. Stop practicing favoritism.

get to know the problems within and find a way to FIX THEM. move on from your previous leadership with tenet and actually become ONE WELLSTAR

Managers, directors, faculty physicians are not trained. There should be faculty professional development and management training.

Promote diversity. There are too many Indian directors and they keep supporting their own kind.

Review from Operations Dept

The leadership team should shift their focus of physical growth, which has been the main focus for 6 years, to internal issues with culture.

Review from Operations Dept

I have seen written instructions to teamleaders to squash empolyees' complaints. Stop sweeping problems under the carpet as this only makes them worse over time. Stop allowing your leaders absolute power over underlings as leaders abuse it.

Review from Operations Dept

Value the worker bees, punish less, write employees up less often.
