HR and Leadership in general are awful. They handle business as if it has a secret code . When hard questions are asked they respond with statements "We're not at liberty to discuss that". It's all a farce.

Management are getting bonuses while the base employee gets minimal to zero increase.

compensate workers for cost of living increases; pay them fair wages; get rid of the Aetna insurance since they make having surgical procedures more difficult

Most of my coworkers are really wonderful and many of the patients are very pleasant but many patients are arrogant and non compliant
