Very employee oriented but gets hung up on minutiae. ALL leadership is a "President" or "Vice-President" of something. It's obvious they place too much importance on titles and not actual content of character.

They are pretty hands on but don't micro-manage

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They give random small benefits...such as free State Park Passes, Sams Club gift certificates...etc but their actual meat and potatoes benefits are sub par. They appear to be distracting employees with shiny small perks rather than useful benefits
