Trusting one another. Low morale, but some coworkers can be fun to work with and make the environment more enjoyable

Low morale, executives and management don't care about the staff or patients, high turnover rates, low pay, frustrated employees, constantly shortstaffed
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy, simple process. Only went through one interview and after a few weeks I was told that I was hired and began my on-boarding process
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is low, especially given the area. Even after several HR meetings and staff meetings they refuse to increase the pay. They don't care about employees as much as they say they do
